The Jeffrey W. Baurer Three Star Family Foundation (“THREE STAR”); a Fund of American Endowment Foundation IS a 501(c)(3) charitable Donor Advised Fund that benefits ONLY charitable organizations including but not limited to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Alzheimer’s Association, and the local Jeff Baurer GHS Memorial Scholarship.  The purpose of THREE STAR is for the Baurer family to recommend and initiate grants from THREE STAR to the recipient charitable organizations as a way to perpetually honor Jeff’s memory for many years to come.  The American Endowment Foundation (“AEF”), www.aefonline.org, provides administration and compliance to the Internal Revenue Code.  THREE STAR IS NOT a fund that benefits any member of the Baurer family in any way financially.
